Warranty Information

At Cardinal Water, we stand behind our products with some of the strongest warranties in the industry.

Lifetime Equipment Warranty

Our premium whole-home systems and water softeners come with a lifetime warranty on all major components, including tanks, valves, and electronics. If a covered component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the part at no cost.

1-Year Labor Warranty

All installations are backed by a 1-year labor warranty. If a leak or issue occurs directly as a result of our installation workmanship within the first year, we will repair it free of charge.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Routine maintenance items (filters, RO membranes, salt)
• Damage caused by freezing, fire, or natural disasters
• Systems altered or serviced by unauthorized third parties
• Damage caused by excessive water pressure (above 80 PSI)
